Sanitation is a top priority at Alo Nail Bar. We use a professional steam-station system for all metal tools and avoid reusing disposable items. Each client receives a personal kit with a file, buffer, and pumice stone — yours to take home or discard.

Respect on Both Sides
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for any person who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude. We ask the same courtesy in return — a respectful, welcoming environment for every guest.
Personal Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards. Please keep valuables with you during your visit.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will always try our best to address any concerns with the service itself — please speak up before you leave the chair.
Pricing
Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the price with your nail tech before receiving service — customization, length, and add-ons may adjust final pricing.
Salon Property
You are responsible for your personal belongings during your visit. Compensation may apply for damage to salon products or property.
Children
If you're bringing children, we ask that you supervise them during your appointment. Kids receiving services are always welcome on our Kid's Menu.
Photos
Please do not take photos inside the salon without our consent, out of respect for other guests' privacy.
Cancellations
Please give us advance notice when canceling appointments so we can offer the slot to another guest.
Speak Up
Ask for the service you'd like to have. If unsure, please speak to the salon manager. If unsatisfied, tell us immediately — we'll do our best to remedy the situation.
